After having a property loss or damage from a natural disaster, you would hire an insurance public adjuster to ensure a full, fair and equitable settlement.
You deserve to know your claim is being properly handled and you will be fully compensated by your insurance company. That’s the purpose of our firm, and to make this process simple and painless. Here is an overview of our insurance claim and settlement recovery process:
Step 1. Representation
After you engage our firm, we file your claim along with an authorization letter, enabling us to represent you.
Step 2. Inspection of Damages
Within the next day we coordinate an inspection with your insurance company adjuster to assess your losses. During the inspection, we meticulously document, photograph, sketch, gather evidence, and make copies of all paperwork.
Step 3. Preparing Your Estimate
Next, we prepare an in-depth estimate of your damages. We may need to contact you for additional documentation or information, and generally do that by email or telephone.
Step 4. Submission of Damages
Once complete with full documentation, our estimate is submitted to your insurance company. After the submission, our adjuster responds to and manages all request from your insurance then provides you status reports via email.
Step 5. Settling Your Claim
After we’ve filed the estimate your insurance company has sixty days to pay or deny the claim. Payments are sent once a proper settlement has been reached.
